In 2024, we once again sought the opinion of one of our largest customers in the field of medical technology. This customer plays a significant role in the market, and yes, you know them well. This annual survey gives us valuable insights into what’s going well and where we can improve. Eleven key criteria were analyzed that help us to make the cooperation even smoother.
In the current survey, our customer gave us a great rating of 4.4 out of 5 points. We are particularly proud that our commitment to sustainability has been included in the EcoVadis certification for the first time. However, the evaluation process has not yet been completed. Once the process is complete, we are confident that we will improve our position even further. Our customers particularly appreciate how we integrate our teams into the projects and ensure a smooth organization. In projects such as “Atrum” and “Sertonic”, we were able to show that we work hand in hand with our partners. The coordination with the technical teams was so precise that we were able to offer exactly the right solutions. The “Atrum” project is still in an early phase, but the positive start gives hope for a promising cooperation. The “Sertonic” project in particular even exceeded the customer’s expectations thanks to careful planning and our experienced project managers.
Develop new ideas from feedback
Even though the feedback has been consistently positive, we still see potential for further development. Sustainability presents us with exciting challenges, especially once the full EcoVadis report is available. The next steps in this process will further strengthen our contribution to an even more sustainable future.
We are on the right track and are continuously working to become even better in certain areas. Our customers appreciate our creativity, reliability and the high quality of our work. In the coming years, we want to continue to build on this and make the cooperation even more fluid and efficient. Our goal is to continue to inspire our partners and create something special with every collaboration.
