In confined spaces where highly complex electronics and mechanics are housed, temperature/climate is a decisive factor. Resource-intensive trials and product tests can often only identify the consequences of a problem: Overheating, condensation, deformation, etc.
Even the area of application can pose a challenge when it comes to heat: analysers and therapy devices often work with materials that are sensitive to temperature and/or temperature changes. Nobody should have to face the consequences of incorrect therapy because the values in their blood analysis were influenced by the heat of the device or the medication from their infusion pump was incorrectly dosed.
Realistic simulation can then provide valuable input in the complex determination of possible errors caused by heat as well as in the proposed solution for rectification.
