HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT

For about 15 years, we have developed circuits, electronic components and systems for you in close coordination with
mechanical engineers and with a lot of process experience. We are likewise able to supply small series for you.

Circuit design

Hardwareentwicklung SchaltungsentwicklungWe translate your requirements into analogue and digital circuits by selecting suitable microprocessors.

The focus here is on power supply (batteries, rechargeable batteries, mains operation), signalgeneration, control of sensors and various radio technologies. We also have experience with peripherals such as real-time clock, infrared and memory management.

Simulation and testing

Simulation HardwareWe carry out simulations with P-Spice. We consider worst-case models and temperature influences,
e.g. for a XENON spark gap.

We conduct circuit analyses on the physical assembly as well as tests under climatic conditions in
the laboratory using our climatic cabinets.

Circuit board layout

Hardwareentwicklung LeiterplattenlayoutWe create printed circuit board layouts (FR4 or Flex), taking mechanical conditions into consideration, and adapt the layout to customer-specific production processes using suitable components.

We also have experience with the optimization for COB (chip on board).

Component research

Hardwareentwicklung - BauteilrecherchenBWToday, suppliers of electronic components typically come from Asia. Cultural peculiarities must be
taken into account in technical agreements for customer-specific components and beyond. We do research for you among the suppliers who are known to us and among those who are known to you and also establish relationships with second suppliers.

Electromechanics

Hardwareentwicklung - ElektromechanikThe requirements for the packing density of devices, especially in the consumer market, are becoming ever more demanding. A trouble-free production start-up requires, among other things, that the electronic and electromechanical components are integrated into the mechanical design.
In order to coordinate the interfaces, we rely, for example, on three-dimensional models of the components and circuit boards, which we can exchange bidirectionally between our CAE systems, taking component tolerances into account.

Another focus is on the concept design and implementation of display systems based on current technologies such as OLED and TOUCH.

Furthermore, we have experience with the common connection technologies for electronic and electromechanical components.

Module procurement

Hardwareentwicklung - ModulbeschaffungWe can implement small test setups in our electronics laboratory. For the delivery of small series, we cooperate with established partners in the region, which guarantees a fast implementation of sample assemblies and prototypes to us and to you.
